grants the end customer a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of 24 months from date of purchase for material and processing defects in the product.
The warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from PEAKPORT or authorized sales partners and only if used in accordance with the intended purpose.
In the event of a warranty claim, PEAKPORT shall, at its discretion, repair, replace or refund the purchase price.
This manufacturer's warranty applies in addition to the statutory rights of the consumer and does not restrict these. The statutory warranty rights according to §§ 437 ff. BGB remain unaffected.
Excluded from the guarantee
- Damage due to improper use or mechanical impact
- Wear and tear due to normal use (e.g. surface abrasion)
- Modifications or repairs by third parties
